About a week after your initial intake, we meet again for a 60-90 minute follow-up session to review the results and discuss next steps. We’ll clarify the Ayurvedic principles behind your constitution, lay the groundwork for your wellness plan, and provide any herbal remedies or recommendations to kickstart your healing.
