YOUR UNIQUE MIND - BODY

CONSTITUTION

Have you ever felt stuck, unbalanced, or disconnected from your true self? These feelings often arise from imbalances in your mind and body. Ayurveda offers a powerful lens through which you can uncover the root causes of these imbalances and restore your natural state of well-being.

The doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—are the vital energies that govern your physical and mental health. Each is rooted in the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether—but primarily reflects a unique blend of two dominant elements. When these energies are in harmony, they create balance and vitality. When misaligned, they can lead to stress, fatigue, digestive challenges, or emotional turbulence, making it difficult to feel at peace.

Your dosha is your personal guide to transformation. Imagine feeling energized, focused, and deeply connected to your true nature. By understanding your unique Ayurvedic blueprint, you gain the clarity to take targeted steps toward restoring harmony in your mind and body. Whether you’re looking to improve digestion, calm your mind, or reignite your energy, Ayurveda empowers you to create lasting transformation and live in alignment with your highest self.

VATA

Vata

Vata is one of the three doshas in Ayurveda, representing the elements of Air and Ether. It is associated with movement, change, and energy. Vata governs bodily functions such as breathing, circulation, digestion, and the nervous system. It also influences creativity, mental clarity, and the flow of thoughts.

Physically, people with a dominant Vata tend to have a light, slender build, with dry skin, hair, and nails. They may experience fluctuating energy levels, feeling energetic one moment and fatigued the next. Vata types often have a quick mind and are highly creative, but they can also become easily overwhelmed, anxious, or restless when out of balance.

To balance Vata, Ayurveda recommends grounding practices like warm, nourishing foods, a regular routine, and relaxation techniques. This helps counteract the qualities of cold, dry, and light that are characteristics of Vata.

PITTA

Pitta

Pitta is one of the three doshas in Ayurveda, made up of the elements Fire and Water. It is associated with transformation, digestion, and metabolism, both in the body and mind. Pitta governs bodily functions like digestion, absorption of nutrients, body temperature, and the production of bile. It also influences qualities such as intelligence, focus, and determination.

Physically, people with a dominant Pitta tend to have a medium build, strong digestion, and a naturally warm body temperature. They often have sharp minds, leadership qualities, and a drive to succeed. However, when Pitta is out of balance, it can lead to irritability, anger, digestive issues, and inflammation.

To balance Pitta, Ayurveda recommends cooling and calming practices, such as eating cooling foods, staying hydrated, and incorporating relaxation techniques to calm the mind and body. This helps to counter the heat, intensity, and sharpness that are characteristics of Pitta.

KAPHA

Kapha

Kapha is one of the three doshas in Ayurveda, made up of the elements Earth and Water. It is associated with stability, structure, and lubrication. Kapha governs bodily functions like growth, immunity, and fluid balance, as well as the structure of bones and tissues. It also influences qualities like patience, loyalty, and calmness.

Physically, people with a dominant Kapha tend to have a larger, more solid build, with smooth skin and thick hair. They generally have steady energy, strong endurance, and a calm demeanor. However, when Kapha is out of balance, it can lead to weight gain, lethargy, congestion, and emotional attachment or possessiveness.

To balance Kapha, Ayurveda recommends stimulating and energizing practices, such as eating light, warm foods, staying active, and incorporating mental and physical challenges. This helps counteract the heaviness, coolness, and stability that are characteristics of Kapha.
